Why Builds Offers Process Apply

Ten business automation systems, and the bottlenecks they replaced.

Four hours of manual price research reduced to one click. A 120,000-contact CRM migration run without a day of downtime. A communications operation that needed three people now handled by one. Each build below started with a real problem someone had accepted as permanent.

These are systems built for problems people could no longer afford to work around. The problems were costing too much of their time, attention, or trust.

Each build started by understanding what was actually getting in the way, then creating a clearer, more useful way forward. The tools changed from project to project. The goal did not: remove the friction and give people back the capacity to focus on what mattered.

01 / BUSINESS VISIBILITY Client

Realtor Visibility Audit

Great realtors were losing business because their online presence did not show who they really were. I built a system that reviews how they appear online and points out where trust, clarity, and commissions may be slipping through the cracks. The audit runs as a repeatable automated workflow, not a one-off manual review.

02 / EDUCATION ACCESS Nonprofit

Spanish AI Tutor

Spanish-speaking children needed English practice, but teachers were not always available. I built an AI-supported tutor that gives them a simple, accessible way to practice on their own time, so their progress does not depend on a live teacher being available for every session.

03 / CRYPTO RESEARCH Product

Crypto Advisory App

After mentoring more than 100 crypto students, I saw how often people understood the basics but still lacked the confidence to move forward. I spent 18 months turning a recurring market pattern into a decision-support app that helps users review potential setups, understand the risk, and decide whether to act with more clarity.

04 / TRADE ECONOMICS Financial Analysis

Decentralized Exchange Cost Tool

A project team needed to know whether its trade logic would still make sense after real-world costs. Comparing routes manually was slow and easy to get wrong. I built a tool that reveals where costs appear, compares the available paths, and shows when trade size changes the economics, so the team can validate its assumptions before launch.

05 / TRANSPARENCY Building

Savings Circle Transparency Tool

Members of a savings circle had no reliable way to verify their own contributions, loans, or repayments. That left too much room for numbers to be changed, transactions to disappear, and trust to break down. I am building a digital tool that lets every member see the same contributions, payments, loans, and balances for themselves.

06 / PRICING AUTOMATION Operations

One-Click Pricing Workflow

An analyst was spending more than four hours researching 4,500 cryptocurrency prices by hand every time pricing needed a refresh. I built a one-click workflow that completes the research automatically, removes the risk of manual pricing errors, and gives those hours back.

07 / CRM MIGRATION Lifecycle Operations

120,000-Contact CRM Migration

A growing education company needed to move 120,000 contacts and multiple active email campaigns without disrupting daily communication. I led the CRM migration, rebuilt the campaign structure, and automated the repeatable work. A communications operation that once required three people can now be managed by one.

08 / INVESTOR OPERATIONS Launch Infrastructure

Investor Accreditation Workflow

A launch team could not easily see which potential investors were verified, accredited, ready, or waiting for follow-up. I built an integration that sends each milestone into the CRM, updates investor status automatically, and gives the team one reliable view of launch readiness.

09 / CONTENT OPERATIONS Marketing Automation

Five-Brand Social Publishing System

One person was managing social content and newsletter production for five very different brands, making duplicated workflows and inconsistent publishing almost inevitable. I built one shared system that applies each brand's voice and rules, prepares content for Instagram and Threads, supports semi-automated newsletter production in Beehiiv, and routes every draft through human review. Five brands now run through one system without brand-specific code.

10 / WEBSITE LAUNCHLaunch Operations

Website Launch Playbook

A person launching a website could easily miss the copy, search, indexing, AEO, SEO, and technical details that determine whether the site is truly ready to launch and be found. I built a reusable launch playbook that brings those scattered checks into one clear process, helping each website launch with stronger copy, better search readiness, and fewer missed details.

The tools change. The work stays human.

A migration, a launch, a reporting process, a product, or a workflow can look technical from the outside. Underneath it is usually a person losing time, a team missing clarity, or an idea that cannot move forward. That is the part I solve first.

What's Wasting Your Time
Sarah Sternberg, systems builder based in Rwanda
“I build from Rwanda, Mexico, Croatia, Santorini, Bali, and wherever life takes me next. The freedom is not separate from the work. It is proof that the systems work.
Sarah Sternberg · Based in Rwanda

I have been building better systems long before I built software.

My work has moved through operations, finance, blockchain, DeFi, entrepreneurship, and building alongside master weavers in Rwanda. The industries changed, but the instinct did not: notice the friction, understand what is really happening, and build a better way.

Today, I use AI, automation, and software to create tools that are useful in the real world, owned by the people who use them, and designed to give people more time to live their lives.

Technology is the tool. More time to be human is the point.
